I spent two weeks traveling the Westfjords and southern coast of Iceland for Hollie & Dan’s wedding, immersing myself in Icelandic culture as authentically as possible along the way.

Despite what you might think, the Belmont wasn’t the hottest ticket in Saratoga the weekend of June 8th. Just over a mile from the track, the real party was at the Canfield Casino as family and friends came together to celebrate Mariah & Zac’s wedding in Congress Park.

Since the first time I met Mariah & Zac, I knew that I just hit the jackpot for dream clients as their wedding photographer. Two months before their wedding, we hit the streets of Downtown Saratoga Springs for Zac & Mariah’s engagement photos at Congress Park, the Adelphi Hotel and Harvey’s Pub.

Being able to capture them in their element was an absolute pleasure and I knew I was in for one hell of a celebration on their wedding day the weekend of the first Belmont Stakes in Saratoga Springs.

When Aubrie and Dolan first reached out to me about photographing their engagement session at Kaaterskill Falls, I instantly knew these were going to be some of my favorite photos I’ve had the chance to capture. Adding to the beauty of the waterfalls themselves, we were lucky enough to catch the Catskills just after peak foliage in late October.

It’s no secret that Fall is the most popular time of the year for weddings.
